No direct transport to Jurong East and also need to go to TBS at 2pm to fetch passenger then left for Singapore

Seats were great, with good service and drink and food served during our ride. However, the trip was push back by 30mins at quite short notice. Operator on Whatsapp had poor communication skills and was also not helpful in guiding customers to exchange boarding pass as the situation at TBS was quite confusing. This level of service is quite unacceptable considering we paid a premium for the first class seats.
