A bit disappointed, my online selection for my dropoff point was Johor Sentral, the application accepted my section but the driver said only dropoff at Larkin.
The system should not accept my select selection and should prompt that the final destination is strictly to Larkin only. At least the customer is aware of restrictions. What happened if the commuters have arranged for pickup at JB Sentral? Thanks.
