PD6556M 23dec 8.30am driver, didn't have the guest name listing, resulting all guests random seating. Also didn't remind guests to fill up entry form. resulting bus delay of one hour on custom clearance. Overall from Singapore to Malaysia custom was poorly handled. My return trip was good with guest list and Hope the bus company can improve on this.
