Overall, my trip with Konsortium Express was very good. The bus was comfortable, the seats were nice, and the ride felt safe with courteous, steady driving. I also appreciated the USB charging and the personal entertainment/movie system, which made the journey more enjoyable. The main area for improvement is punctuality — especially departure, so the service can be more consistently on time.
