Secara keseluruhannya, bas itu bersih, dan tempat duduknya selesa. Bas berlepas tepat pada waktunya. Terdapat juga rehat selama 10 minit di sepanjang perjalanan. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah Wi-Fi dan USB yang dijanjikan rosak dan tidak boleh digunakan.

The bus seat is so comfortable and spacious, bus arrive on time and driver drives safely. The only downside is there is a passenger who seems to be paranoid and disturb other passengers and affect the whole journey experience. Maybe something to consider how to handle this kind of situation in a better way, even though I understand that's quite challenging.
